之前，BGP的延迟到内地很高，今天测试的时候感觉蛮好，据tototel说已经修复，自行测试。但是有丢包。
据了解，目前tototel对BGP线路做了限速： 大陆直连限速，限得过于“优秀”
不排除以后恢复正常的可能。
